Where do I begin? Over three years ago my Uncle passed leaving me his small Estate. After the court was done settling everything, I contacted Debbie. Best decision I have ever made. Not only did she successfully sell all of the contents of the house and a very packed chaotic nightmare of a garage, she stuck with me and helped me find a buyer for the house/property. This was a long process as part of the house was a Mobile home and DMV was not easy to deal with. I cannot praise Debbie and her Company enough. I forgot to mention that this property is in South Carolina and I live in Michigan. She went above and beyond what anyone could have expected to assist me. Although we have never met in person, we have formed a wonderful relationship via phone conversations and text. I will always be grateful for making that phone call to Calibrie and utilizing what I feel is the very best Estate sale company there could be. Thank you Debbie for making my life so much easier.

Wow , cant believe we have some people that complained , sale opens at 10 so if you come early you are going to have to wait . Long lines you are going to have to wait . It was a small house and I totally agree you couldnt have let to many in at a time, safety comes first..good job.

Response to Gene (Saturday, 28 January 2017 19:34)

    Gene,
Very sorry you to hear about your experience today. I want to respond to several topics you brought up. First, we did not open at 10:15. We opened at exactly 10am.. I went outside to address the massive crowd of the rules so maybe it was 10:01 before the first shopper actually got in the house. Yes, we draw huge crowds. Not because we run bad sales but because we run great sales and we have a huge following. If you arrived at 9:15 you must have expected a line yourself. Unfortunately 9:15 is late. The first customer arrived at 5:45 this morning, and there was a line of 30 people by 8 am for a 10 am opening. We had a gentleman drive in from Virginia for a specific item. He arrived at 7am and was thrilled with the sale and his purchase. To say most items of "value" are gone and there is only junk left? Well, we were slammed all day and the house is still packed. As for the 10 people getting in.. The house was super small and packed and the garage was even smaller. There is construction going on inside on the floors and I let in the right amount of people to keep you all safe and to protect my client. We allowed 10 people in the house and 10 in the garage. This was planned out so we could cut down on the line. I have been running sales for a very long time. If you have a better idea of how I can get 200 - 300 people in a 1200 st ft home all at the same time without having people break items, steal items and get hurt, PLEASE PLEASE let me know and I will implement your plan immediately. But until then I will protect my client's interest and keep my buyers safe. Also, liability insurance won't cover us if we allow a hoard of people in at once. In the future (because let's be honest here, you are only mad that you weren't first in line), you should attend sales on the second day when it's not so crowded.

Your Estate Sale at 5822 E. Lakeside Dr. was the worst estate sale I have ever attended. Your poor planning lead to an un-organized sale run by a very un-professional company.

I drove for 2 hours to your sale, arrived at 9:15 however, you did not open the doors until 10:15 and then only permitted 10 buyers to enter the sale. This resulted in your buyers standing in line for another hour only to find that the first 40 people were able to cherry pick the sale and most items of value were already gone leaving only the junk.

That was an amazing sale in Monck's Corner this past week. I felt like the prices were very fair and I came away happy two days in a row. Also enjoyed meeting everyone on your team. Thanks so much again to Bob and Barbara for their help.
    Cheers!

My Mom passed away in January and left me and my brother a beautifully furnished house in Hilton Head. I live and in NJ and my brother lives out of the country so we needed to sell the house and most of the contents. Debbie and Jason took care of everything! They got us top dollar for much of our Mom's furnishings and took care of working with an auction house for the rest of the furnishings. She even sold our Mom's car for a great price! She kept us informed every step of the way and went above and beyond to make our sale happen and be successful. She has even taken some left over items to sell in her upcoming sales. She is honest, extremely hard working and a all around wonderful person and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend her and her team to get any estate sale job done, large or small. She made the seemingly impossible - possible!

My sister and brother-in-law passed away 7 months of each other and living out of state I did not know any one that did estate sales. A friend give me the number for Calibrie. I met with Debbie and Jason and that was the end of my work. I could have never been able to handle clearing out their house without them and their crew. I was kept informed about everything along the way. After the sale was done they even had someone clean out the property of things that did not sale. That kept me from having to travel 6 hours to do that job. Thanks to them and a very good friend all is clean and complete. I put my trust in Debbie, Jason and their crew and am very glad there are still people you can trust. Thanks again for your hard work.

Thank you Debbie for the fabulous job that you did. You and your crew did an amazing job with the sale in our neighborhood. You tackled a job that was much to large for us to handle, and exceeded our expectations. The crowd that came all three days proved how your extensive advertising worked.

I have to comment on the services I received from Calibrie's. First of all, Debbie and Jason are good people. That is important, as you know, in the South. Every thing they said they would do, they did. All the while, they kept in contact with me, apprising me of what was happening. They also helped me out when I was in a difficult position, which they did not need to do. In the end, they yielded me far more money than what I had been quoted before. I highly, HIGHLY recommend that you consider retaining their services.

I took my sterling silver flatware set to 2 pawn shops. One offered my $600.00 the other $750.00. A friend suggested I give Calibrie a call because she had sold some jewelry to her recently. They got me $1000.00 for my set!! So HAPPY needed this money so bad...
